1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook them in salted water.

2. Next, peel the onion and garlic.

3. Then you have to heat the oil in a pan and fry both ingredients until crispy. Then deglaze with the broth.

4. Mix in the cream cheese and mustard and mix well. Now, remove the Brussels sprouts from the heat, drain them and add them to the sauce.

5. Depending on the desired consistency, thicken the sauce with starch and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
