3 teaspoons diluted in the juice of 2 lemons are enough to make an effective and highly degreasing cleaning gel.

Prepare a pot full of water and bring it to a boil, dissolve a dose of this mixture in it and add the dishes. Let them soak for a few hours before rinsing them and enjoying the result.

How can we forget, then,  vinegar,  famous for its polishing properties? A solution of 700 ml of vinegar and 300 ml of water, brought to a boil, will be able to dissolve any scale on burnt plates. And we come to a truly unthinkable, but very effective ingredient:   olive oil .  He will be the one to degrease the clay pigeons effortlessly. He pours a few drops on a sheet of paper at home, takes the first plate and wraps it inside as if he were going to package it. Forget about it for a while, then rinse it and scrub it with a sponge.

Yellow soap cannot fail to be present ,  a remedy loved by our grandmothers who used it especially to wash clothes. Well, all you need is a ball on the sponge to get a perfect clean. Prove! All you have to do is rub it on the clay doves to see them shine in a new light.

Finally, if you’ve purchased  citric acid  to use as a natural softener, try it for fire polishing as well. Its anti-limescale action will surprise you. Dissolve 75 grams in 500 ml of very hot water, soak the dishes for an hour, then remove and rub gently.

Dry them and put them back together! WOW!
