Preparation: Preheat the oil: Heat enough oil in a deep frying pan or deep fryer to a temperature of 175-180°C. Prepare the ingredients: In three different plates, place the wheat flour in one, the beaten eggs in another, and the breadcrumbs (and crushed cornflakes, if you are using them) in the third. Season the chicken strips: Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chicken seasoning. You can adjust the spices according to your preferences. Coat the chicken strips: Dredge each chicken strip first in the wheat flour, making sure it is well coated. Then, dip it in the beaten eggs and finally roll it in the breadcrumbs (and cornflakes, if you are using them), pressing so that the coating adheres well. Fry the chicken strips: Place the coated chicken strips in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through. This usually takes about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the strips. Drain excess fat: Place the fried chicken strips on absorbent paper to remove excess fat. Serve: Serve the crispy chicken strips with your favorite dipping sauce, such as barbecue sauce, sweet and sour sauce, or honey mustard sauce. Enjoy your crispy and tasty chicken strips! You can accompany them with fries, salad or whatever you prefer.
