  • Boil 1.5 L of fresh milk in a steel saucepan with salt to obtain the first salt.
  • As soon as the milk starts to boil, add the juice of 1 lemon and beat.
  • After a few minutes the serum will begin to separate and that will be the time to remove it from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
