Ginger water: accelerates metabolism and burns fat. The recipe and how to drink it

The chemical composition of ginger promotes the production of stomach acids, essential for digestion and to promote the absorption of nutrients that the body needs.

To  prepare ginger water,  you need: 1.5 liters of water, 5 tablespoons of grated ginger and the juice of 2 lemons.

Bring the water to a boil, then add the ginger and simmer for about 2 minutes. Then remove from the heat and let it infuse for another 10 minutes.

Finally add the juice of the two lemons and drink. It is suggested to drink the ginger water in the morning and then consume the rest throughout the day.
