Hazelnut macaroons, with this recipe they won’t get hard!

1. First, beat the eggs with sugar until foamy, stir in the lemon zest, salt, nuts and flour. Then fill the dough into a piping bag with a wide star nozzle or large perforated nozzle.

2. Now pipe walnut-sized heaps onto a tray lined with baking paper. The wafers are not necessary.

3. Next decorate with a whole hazelnut. Bake in the preheated oven. Allow to cool slightly on the tray and then carefully remove from the baking paper.

Electric stove 180°C, baking time approx. 10 to 15 minutes. Done1
