Procedure:

For the orange/shallot/black radish, cut off the top part to create a cap. All of these fruits contain ingredients that help strengthen the immune system and speed up recovery from a cold.

Create a hollow in the fruit, not too large, but enough to accommodate the other necessary ingredients. Finely chop the garlic and place it in the hollow of the fruit.

Grate the fresh ginger root into the same hollow, and finally, drizzle it with honey. Stir it gently, cover it, and let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. After the specified time, consume the contents or strain it.

In case you prepare the recipe with an orange, strain the entire juice, including the garlic, ginger, and honey. For adults, consume the juice at once, and for children above 2 years old, take 2 teaspoons daily. Before use, everyone should consult their doctor.
