You may be tempted to use strong repellents to ward off these nasty little insects. But before using these expensive and poisonous products, opt for this little-known and effective trick. This way you will be able to keep them away from the house without too much effort. To do this, equip yourself with a freezer bag or an airtight bag and some coins. First fill the plastic bag halfway with water and then put one or two yellow coins inside. Simply remove the air contained in the bag before closing it. Then place it near a window or door. You can also hang it on a branch in the garden. To do this, poke a hole in the top of the bag and then hang it with string or string. The latter acts as a real repellent as it mainly affects the eyes and not the sense of smell. Flies are fooled by the reflection of the water and can easily mistake it for a spider’s web, which drives them away as quickly as possible.
