You can proceed  in two ways . The first is to fill the sink basin with warm water and then add a few tablespoons of Marseille soap inside. Next, let the grates soak for half an hour, then rub them with a sponge: all the dirt will come off easily .

You can also mix a tablespoon of Marseille soap flakes with warm water, pour the mixture into a bottle and spray it directly on the grates.

Baking sheets or drip trays

For a super thorough cleaning , we suggest that you also degrease  the saucepans and drip trays that you have used in the oven using Marseille soap.

Simply let them soak for an hour or overnight in a bowl of boiling water and enough Marseille soap, making sure the dirty surface is completely covered by the water. Then rinse and refresh them with a sponge or dish brush  to remove any food residue. Boiling water will soften the stain and scale, making cleaning super quick!
