2. The Recipe:

Ingredients: Fresh ginger root, olive oil, and a clean cloth or gauze.

Preparation:

Grate a piece of ginger root.

Mix the grated ginger with a sufficient amount of olive oil to form a paste.

Application:

Apply the ginger and olive oil paste directly to the painful knee area.

Cover it with the cloth or gauze and leave it on for at least 30 minutes.

For best results, perform this treatment once a day for a week, then once a week for six weeks.
