Olivier salad: The delicious and creamy potato salad recipe

Preparation

  1. Remove the ends of the carrot, peel and chop.
  2. Dice the boiled potatoes. Boil the potatoes until tender.
  3. Boil the carrots. Hard boil an egg.
  4. Cut the hard-boiled egg into cubes. In a large bowl, add the chopped ham, potatoes, carrots, egg, drained and chopped gherkins and diced sweet onions. Add mayonnaise and mix.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
