caramel layer:
°1 bag of caramel (14 ounces)
°1/2 cup heavy cream
Biscuit layer:
° 3/4 C (1-1/2 sticks) butter, soft
°2/3 cup brown sugar
°2 tbsp. heavy cream
°1 – 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
°1 cup all-purpose flour
°1/4 tsp. salt
°3/4 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Chocolate topping:
°1-1/2 cups regular semi-sweet chocolate
°1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
°sea salt sprinkle
