Directions:
- Cut the peppers in half and clean the inside.
- Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Soak stale bread in water.
- Mix the meat, eggs, cheese, salt, pepper and herbs. Then add the bread after pressing it.
- Mix well to use a fork.
- Use this meat mixture to stuff the peppers.
- Coat with olive oil, cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 200° for 30-35 minutes.
