Peppers stuffed with chicken: the tasty and easy-to-try recipe

Directions:

  1. Cut the peppers in half and clean the inside.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  3. Soak stale bread in water.
  4. Mix the meat, eggs, cheese, salt, pepper and herbs. Then add the bread after pressing it.
  5. Mix well to use a fork.
  6. Use this meat mixture to stuff the peppers.
  7. Coat with olive oil, cheese and breadcrumbs.
  8. Bake at 200° for 30-35 minutes.
