Bay leaves

Powerful, aromatic and simple  , adding a bay leaf to a stew, cooking water or marinade  is a guarantee of success and aroma from the first minute. Intense and common in virtually every recipe, bay leaves breathe new life into anything that encounters them.

Bay leaf is  a real aromatic bomb  and its addition to recipes must be measured. A dry leaf is enough to bring a dish back to life; exceeding this measure can mean that the dish becomes the kingdom of laurel.
