Preparation:
- Grate the courgettes, then squeeze them to remove excess water.
- Cook in a pan with oil for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the pastry and fill it with the cooked ham and courgettes.
- Also add the grated cheese and scamorza.
- Close and seal the edges well.
- Score the surface with a knife.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake in the oven at 180° for 20 minutes.
