Semolina cake (basboussa) with lemon

Qalb El louz (Chamia) is an Algerian cake based on semolina, here is a sublime recipe sweetened with yogurt easy and simple to make.

Ingredients
The glass of semolina will serve as a measure (mine is 200 ml)
For the syrup
6 glasses of water
1 case of lemon juice
3 glasses of sugar
1/4 glass of orange blossom water
For the cake
6 glasses of medium semolina (the fox for me)
3 glasses of fine sugar
1 glass of yogurt (Greek yogurt for me)
1 glass of almond powder
1 pinch of salt
