Ingredients
- Ginger : A few thin slices (minimum 5 slices)
- Water: 1.5 liters
- Lemon juice: To taste (optional)
Preparation
- Boil the water and add the ginger slices.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool a little.
- Filter the mixture to remove the ginger pieces and, if you prefer, add the lemon juice.
