Tangerine Peel with Cloves

Ingredients:
Dried tangerine peels (you can dry them in the sun or buy them already dried)
Cloves (whole or ground)
water
Optional sweetener (honey, sugar, stevia, etc.)
Instructions:
Preparation of the Tangerine Peels:
Make sure the tangerine peels are completely dry. You can do this by letting them dry in the sun or in a food dehydrator. Make sure there is no moisture to prevent mold growth.
Mixture of Ingredients:
In a teapot or pot, add the dried tangerine peels and cloves. The proportion can vary depending on your preferences, but as a guide, you could start with a tablespoon of peels and a few cloves per cup of water.
Water Heating:
Boils water. The amount of water will depend on how much tea you want to prepare. A general rule of thumb is to use one cup (approximately 240 ml) of water for each serving of tea.
Infusion:
Pour the hot water over the tangerine peels and cloves in the teapot or pot. Let the mixture sit for 5 to 10 minutes. This time will allow the ingredients to release their flavors and beneficial compounds into the water.
Straining:
Strain the infusion to remove the tangerine peels and cloves, leaving only the liquid. You can do this using a strainer or tea bag.
Sweetened (optional):
If you wish, you can sweeten the tea with honey, sugar or any sweetener of your choice. Adjust the amount based on your sweetness preference.
Serve:
Pour the tea into cups and enjoy. You can garnish with a thin slice of fresh tangerine if you wish.
Variations:
If you want to experiment, you can add other ingredients such as fresh ginger, cinnamon or even mint leaves to give the tea a different touch.
