Preparation

Take some  dry bay leaves  and crush them.

Place the crushed leaves in an airtight jar with the olive oil. Close the jar tightly.

Allow the mixture to macerate for 2 to 3 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Then add more bay leaves and leave to macerate for another 2 or 3 weeks.

After this period, the mixture is ready, but must be filtered before consumption.

You can add it to all your dishes and enjoy all its benefits for the body.
