Add everything to a blender, blend well, then pour into a pot and mix with 1 liter of water. Then bring it to a boil. Once it boils, turn off the heat and strain it.

The obtained liquid is poured into clean bottles and stored in the refrigerator.

How to use:

Drink 50 ml every day, 2 hours before or after the main meal, for a period of 25 days. Then take a break for 10 days, and the treatment can be resumed. If necessary, repeat for a third time, again after a 10-day break.
