Ingredients
MILK: 500 ml (2 cups)
FLOUR: 100 g (4/5 cup)
SUGAR: 50 g (1/4 cup)
EGG YOLKS: 2
VANILLA: 10 g
CREAM FIX: 10 g
FRESH CHEESE: 200 g (1 cup)
WOMAN’S FINGERS: 200 g (7 oz.)
WATER: 400 ml (1 2/3 cups)
INSTANT COFFEE: 5 g (1 tablespoon)
SUGAR: 4 g (1 teaspoon)
FOR DECORATION

Instructions
For the cream: Put the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and whisk. Add flour and whisk again. Pour in a little milk and whisk.
Pour the remaining milk into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add egg yolk mixture and vanilla.
Stir until it becomes thick. Let cool. Whip and add the cream-fix. Add cream cheese and whip until creamy.
