Very few people know it, but these plants have their place perfectly within a room.  Thanks to their calming properties  ,   plants can be of great help if you suffer from insomnia or sleep apnea.  In addition to solving your sleep problems, they play another important role, purifying the air from CO2 emissions and other chemicals such as toluene, present in paints, benzene, from tobacco smoke, or xylene found in detergents.

Some tips: The number of plants stored in a room should be limited to two. Also, remember to avoid overly fragrant plants, which can compromise sleep quality. Please note that pots where water stagnates are not recommended inside a bedroom. These will tend to remain moist and therefore promote mold development. Also remember to keep plants away from heat sources that can dry them out.
