Preparation of Cinnamon, Apple, and Lemon Water
Ingredients
- 1 liter of water
- 2 green apples
- 1 to 2 sticks of Ceylon cinnamon (10 g)
- Juice of one lemon
Preparation
- Select good quality organic apples, wash them well and slice them (no need to peel).
- Squeeze the lemon to obtain its juice and mix it with the water. Add the apple slices and cinnamon sticks to the water.
- Refrigerate for two hours. Optionally, you can leave it overnight to let the cinnamon, apples, and lemon release their active ingredients.
- Drink a glass shortly before each main meal to enjoy its benefits.
