Preparation of Cinnamon, Apple, and Lemon Water

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 to 2 sticks of Ceylon cinnamon (10 g)
  • Juice of one lemon

Preparation

  • Select good quality organic apples, wash them well and slice them (no need to peel).
  • Squeeze the lemon to obtain its juice and mix it with the water. Add the apple slices and cinnamon sticks to the water.
  • Refrigerate for two hours. Optionally, you can leave it overnight to let the cinnamon, apples, and lemon release their active ingredients.
  • Drink a glass shortly before each main meal to enjoy its benefits.
