Having a larger amount of carrots is possible and also quite simple. Usually what prevents carrots from growing in greater numbers is the presence of weeds. Be sure to harvest carrots before they become too large, otherwise they will become hard and fibrous. Once harvested, carrots can be stored in the refrigerator or frozen for future use.
