Zucchini stuffed with corn cream: an easy, inexpensive and healthy recipe

We place the zucchini to be stuffed on a baking tray, fill it very carefully and if desired, we can add a cream cheese feta and grated cheese to the gratin.
Cook in a high oven until the cheese is melted.
We remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
Tips and advice
We gave these zucchini a touch of cooking so that the shell is not so hard. However, there are other ways to do it, for example we can steam them or maybe microwave them.
If we choose to make them in the microwave, we wash the zucchini well, removing all kinds of dirt they may have, then we prick them all over the surface using a fork.
We put them in a microwave-safe container without cutting them and cover them with plastic wrap, piercing it so that only a little steam escapes when cooking. We put them in the microwave for about 8 minutes but halfway through the allotted time, we turn them over so they cook evenly.
Regardless of how we choose to make them, we must be very careful not to break the shell when we remove the pulp. Still helping ourselves with a spoon and placing them on the palm of our hand, we squeeze and remove.
If you want to give them a different touch, you can add pieces of chicken or ricotta, they are delicious!
