Baked carrots are a delicious and very light side dish , also ideal for those who follow a vegetarian or low-calorie diet. These are crunchy carrot sticks flavored with garlic and flavored with parsley, as in our recipe, or with other aromatic herbs of your taste, such as chives, thyme, mint, oregano or basil. Quick and easy, you just need to peel the carrots, cut them into sticks, season them with oil, salt and herbs, then cook them in the oven until they are golden brown and fragrant.
