1- Ingredients

The first thing you will need is to gather these ingredients:  1 kilo of potatoes, 2 egg whites and seasonings to taste  (this can be Provençal, paprika, ground chili, salt, rosemary, whatever you prefer)

2- Peel and cut the potatoes

The second thing to do is  to peel the potatoes, wash them and then cut them  into the size that suits you best. We recommend making it in sticks, slices or thin cubes.
